Stocks to watch today: Due to the concerns on trump tariffs, mixed global equity markets and quarterly results, the benchmark index, Sensex and Nifty of Indian stock markets can be seen today. The GIFT Nifty Futures showed 113 points to trade at 23,556 at 6:33 am, leading to the possibility of gap-up opening in the market.
At the same time, the Sensex fell 319.22 points, or 0.41% to close at 77,186.74 in the last trading session, while the Nifty 50 fell by 121.10 points or 0.52% and closed at 23,361.05.

Asian Paints, Tata Power, Torrent Power, Godrej Properties, Bajaj Electricals, JK Tire & Industries, Metropolis Healthcare, J.B. Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals, Eris LifeSyins, Happy Minds Technologies, Apollo Micro Systems, Infections Avenues, Automotive Axles, Global Health, Ajmera Realty and Infra India, Birla Corporation, Evorest Industries, Dhankashmi Bank, Mutrist Capital Sarva , Seagal India, Interarch Building Products, PC Jeweler, Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company and One Mobikwik Systems will release their December quarter results on Tuesday.
Power Grid Corporation: The company’s consolidation net profit declined to Rs 3,860 crore on an annual basis in the December quarter. It was Rs 4,030 crore in the same quarter of a year ago. Apart from this, the revenue was Rs 11,200 crore as against Rs 11,500.
Tata chemicals: The Tata Group company has a net loss of Rs 53 crore. The company had a profit of Rs 158 crore in the same quarter of a year ago. Revenue also came down to Rs 3,590 crore. It was Rs 3,730 crore in the same quarter of the last financial year.
NLC India: NLC India’s net profit reached Rs 668 crore with a boom in the December quarter. It was Rs 250 crore in the same period of a year ago.
KeC International: The company’s net profit increased to Rs 130 crore on an annual basis in the December quarter, while it was Rs 96.9 crore in the same quarter of the last financial year.
Mahanagar gas: The company has completed its investment by securing 44 per cent stake in the International Battery Company India Private Limited. The total investment in IBC India was Rs 35.36 crore.
Vedanta: The company has received an S&P credit rating upgrade in ‘B+’, citing the removal of refinancing risk and removing from credit watch with a stable approach.
Creditaccess Grameen: To promote financial inclusion for disadvantaged communities, IFC gained $ 50 million.
Bajaj Steel Industries: The company’s net profit in the third quarter increased to Rs 13.7 crore. It was Rs 10 crore in the same period of a year ago. Revenue also increased from Rs 126 crore to Rs 140 crore.
