FMCG company Dabur India Limited announced its December quarter result on Thursday. During this period, the company recorded an increase of 1.85 percent in net profit and earned Rs 515.82 crore.
Dabur India said in the regulatory filing that in the same quarter of last year, the company had recorded a net profit of Rs 506.44 crore. During the last quarter, the company’s revenue increased by 3 percent to Rs 3,355.25 crore, compared to Rs 3,255.06 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. Dabur India’s total expenditure increased by 3.9 percent to Rs 2,826.20 crore in the December quarter. Dabur’s total income, including other income, increased by 3 percent to Rs 3,483.28 crore.
Dabur India Limited shares were trading on BSE at Rs 535.10 in the afternoon session, which was 3.27 percent higher than the previous closed level.
