However, the PRO variants were not mentioned in this post, indicating that it can be launched at a different time. According to reports, the Vivo V50 smartphone may be launched in the third week of February.

Vivo V50: What can be special?

Although the company has not given much information about the upcoming Vivo V50 smartphone, the company has highlighted its photography capabilities in its post. This indicates that it can be a camera-centric smartphone like its earlier models.

This post uses the hashtag “zeisportraitsopro”, which suggests that the camera system of Vivo V50 has been developed together with the German optics brand ZEISS.

According to a report by 91mobiles, the design of Vivo V50 may be based on the Vivo S20 smartphone, which was launched in China last year.

The Vivo V50 smartphone can be given a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset and it can have a 6000mAh battery. In addition, it can be given a 6.7-inch quad-curved display, which will have a 120Hz refresh rate.

Talking about the camera configuration, the camera setup of Vivo V50 may be slightly different from its Chinese variant (Vivo S20). The Vivo S20 had a 50MP + 8MP rear camera setup, while the Vivo V50 can be given a 50MP + 50MP dual camera setup.
