Group of Tata Motors, Chief Finance Officer (CFO) PB Balaji said on Wednesday that in the event of external environment being extremely blurred, measures can be considered in the Union Budget to increase the demand and speed up the domestic growth.

Balaji, in discussion on the company’s quarterly results, said that the demand has been weak due to many factors after good festive weather. This includes factors such as a tight cash status and market status’ not being very good. However, this is not a crisis -like situation.

He said that due to the impact of the fourth quarter of the current financial year and the impact of investment in infrastructure by the government, the demand is expected to improve gradually.

He said, “If measures for consumption (increase) are also taken (in the budget), then it will help in dealing with the situation of not being much better.” Balaji said, “If there is a lot of cloud on the external horizon If you are better than taking care of our internal consumption to carry forward growth? ”He said that whatever can be done in the budget to remove stress and ‘turbocharged’ Will be welcomed.
