Denta Water and Infra Solutions Shares made a good start in the stock market on 29 January 2025. After the company’s IPO successfully completed, Denta Water shares were listed at ₹ 330 on BSE. It shows its issue price ₹ 294 to ₹ 36 more i.e. 12.24% premium.
Denta Water shares on NSE listed at ₹ 325 with a slightly lower premium, which is 10.54% more than the issue price.
Denta Water’s IPO listing was weaker than the estimate. Prior to the listing, the company’s shares were trading at ₹ 367 per share in the gray market. This was ₹ 73 or 24.83% more than the issue price. According to sources monitoring gray market activities, investors hoped that the stock would list more on the premium, but it did not happen.
Denta Water IPO: Subscription Status
The IPO of Denta Water received tremendous response and it oversight 221.68 times. The highest stake in this was the non-institutional investors (NII), who subscribed to the reserve quota 507.27 times for themselves.
In addition, qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBS) bid 236.94 times for their share, while Retail Investors subscribed to 90.56 times.

The IPO of Denta Water has come completely as a fresh issue of 75,00,000 equity shares. Its price band ₹ 279- ₹ 294 per share was fixed. Its lot size 50 shares were kept for investors. This IPO was opened for subscription from 22 January 2025 (Wednesday) to 24 January 2025 (Friday).
Allotment of shares of Denta Water IPO was finalized on Monday, 27 January 2025.
Where will be the use of money raised from IPO?
According to Red Herring Prospects, Dent Water will use the amount received from this issue for its working capital needs and general corporate tasks. All this will be done under the applied rules.
